Starting from 2009, we have been developing and mass-producing core components, AlN (Aluminum Nitride) Heaters, for PHOTO equipment used in semiconductor processes.

In pursuit of efficient heat circuit implementation, we initially developed low-temperature and intermediate-temperature Heaters using electroplating methods.

Subsequently, we developed printing methods, enabling the creation of high-temperature Heaters with superior temperature uniformity and durability.

As a crucial component applied to semiconductor equipment, Heaters play a foundational role in the semiconductor industry.

Through continuous diversification and upgrading of Heater performance and quality, BHSemicon has grown into a leading company both domestically and internationally.
